Simple jQuery plugin to toggle admin bar in WordPress from front end. It hides the wordpress admin bar, then a mouseleave()
event triggers show button to appear. When clicked the admin bar comes back.

How to Use Plugin to Toggle Admin Bar:
1. After downloading this plugin, log in to your WordPress site, then go to widget and add a custom HTML widget. Place the plugin’s source code between <script>
and </script>
in HTML widget. Save it, now you can toggle admin bar from front end.
